Not an announncer comment but a HUGE blown call in the Clemson/N.C. State game, Clemson fumbled and none of the officials saw it.
ReplyDeleteReplay showed the CLEM runner clearly had the ball poked out of his hands before he was down and the replay official didn't call it a fumble.
N.C. State lost a timeout to give time for the challenge, lost another since it wasn't overturned, and C.J. Spiller later scored for Clemson. Brutal.

ReplyDeleteI know they were talking about the Purdue kicker making it from 60+ in warmups. Still, they had about 15-20 seconds left which could mean 2-3 plays to get closer assuming Purdue converts the 4th down.
