Tales From The News Desk: Volleyball Lady Passes Out
This clip is as equally funny as it is scary. Nikki Allen is on the beach with a reporter from News 13 in Florida, and she's supposed to discuss an upcoming Volleyball Tournament. Unfortunately Nikki isn't exactly used to being on live television....
I love how the reporter goes to help her, then immediately remembers to get back in the frame and throw it back to the studio first. Sorry Nik, but I've got a career to worry about!
Nikki Allen fainting = scary. Hopefully she got up and was all right.
Reporter's reaction to Nikki Allen fainting: Hilarious! He had no clue what to do and perhaps understandably so, it's not everyday that someone faints on live TV when you are interviewing them. But nonetheless, it was funny. And I also love how the guy on the left of the screen just stood there and did nothing. It's just your typical occurance of a woman fainting on live TV. Nothing to see here at all....
Dan may not know the answer to the Trivia Question, but he sure knows how to stand there and stare at a lady passed out on the ground. Chivalry is not dead!
I can empathize with the young lady. I passed out in my kitchen a couple of weeks ago, apparently from low blood sugar. Believe me when I say it's scary when you're standing up and the next thing you know, you're on the floor without remembering what happened.
Man I totally feel for her. I passed out like that (probably also from low blood sugar or dehydration) when I was 10 years old, and it is a scary feeling. The worst part, though, was afterwards when everyone acted like I was about to die.

I love how they keep the split screen up for another 5 seconds, showing her laying facedown in the sand.
