Your NBA Announcing Schedule For The Week


The NBA Season officially tips off tonight with a set of four games, two of which will air on TNT. One great Eastern Conference matchup starts the night, then is followed by a matchup that was supposed to be Kobe versus rookie Blake Griffin. Unfortunately the Clippers Curse bit Griffin with a broken kneecap to start the season, so you'll just have to live with a ring ceremony and a blowout. Here's the rest of the schedule for the week....

Tuesday, October 27th

Boston @ Cleveland (TNT, 7:30pm)- Kevin Harlan, Doug Collins, Cheryl Miller
L.A. Clippers @ L.A. Lakers (TNT, 10pm)- Marv Albert, Mike Fratello, Reggie Miller and Craig Sager

Wednesday, October 28th

New Orleans @ San Antonio (ESPN, 8pm)- Mike Breen, Mark Jackson, Jeff Van Gundy, Doris Burke
Utah @ Denver (ESPN, 10:30pm)- Mike Tirico, Hubie Brown, Lisa Salters

Thursday, October 29th

San Antonio @ Chicago (TNT, 8pm)- Kevin Harlan, Doug Collins, Cheryl Miller
Denver @ Portland (TNT, 10:30pm)- Marv Albert, Mike Fratello, Reggie Miller and Craig Sager

Friday, October 30th

Chicago @ Boston (ESPN, 8pm)- Mike Breen, Hubie Brown, Doris Burke

  1. So Breen isn't with Jackson and Van Gundy anymore???

  2. Last year, and in years past, Jackson and Van Gundy have worked with other pbp guys (usually Trico or Shulman) in addition to Breen. I think this is the case because Breen calls games for Knicks.
