ESPN And The BTN Release Primetime Big Ten Schedules

Wednesday, April 15, 2009

I know there's some Big Ten fans out there, so I thought I'd pass along this little bit of scheduling news. Both ESPN and the Big Ten Network released their schedule of the primetime conference games they are airing, and while we knew about the USC-OSU matchup, there are a few great primetime games in here. Enjoy!

September 3rd- Indiana vs. Eastern Kentucky (BTN, 8pm)
September 5th- Missouri vs. Illinois (ESPN or ESPN2, 3:40pm)
September 5th- Wisconsin vs. Northern Illinois (BTN, 7pm)
September 12th- Minnesota vs. Air Force (BTN, 7pm)
September 12th- Illinois vs. Illinois State (BTN, 7pm)
September 12th- USC at Ohio State (ESPN, 8pm)
September 26th- Iowa at Penn State (ABC or ESPN, 8pm)
September 26th- Notre Dame at Purdue (ABC or ESPN, 8pm)
October 3rd- Indiana vs. Ohio State (BTN, 7pm)
October 10th- Michigan at Iowa (ABC, ESPN or ESPN2, 8pm)
October 17th- Indiana vs. Illinois (BTN, 7pm)
October 24th- Michigan State vs. Iowa (BTN, 7pm)
October 31st- Penn State at Northwestern (ESPN or ESPN2, 4:30pm)
October 31st- Minnesota vs. Michigan State (BTN, 8pm)

Screw the Big 10. They're a major factor in college football not having a playoff right now. Thanks for informing me so I'll know when NOT to watch.

Brad James needs a new soapbox immediately. We get it.

2 primetime games for Indiana is 2 too many.
