Ocho Cinco Wants To Box Solomon Wilcots
Thursday, June 18, 2009

Solomon Wilcots isn't necessarily a fan of this site, but if he ends up boxing Chad Johnson, I'll certainly be a fan of his. Wilcox recently wrote a blog post detailing how he would help Johnson out this season, and Ocho Cinco didn't take kindly to the suggestions and Twittered that he wanted to fight him. Wilcox, of course, fired back....
Johnson: "They always find a way to say something negative no matter how focused i am, damn Solomon Wilcox, i want to fight him now, somebody set itup"Ah yes....more Bengal on Bengal violence. That team is so dysfunctional, that they're starting fights with former players. Too funny. I say current MMAer Michael Westbrook should get involved, and just make this thing a Royal Rumble. Seriously though, I know we've had our issues in the past Solomon, but if you can shut up Johnson, I promise to never joke about Charles Davis again (fingers crossed).
Wilcox: "Chad has dropped more balls than Jay-Z has dropped albums. But we certainly can get in the ring. I'm lovin' this. I'm lovin' it. ... You can get in a training ring for, what, two months, and now he think he's the heavyweight champ. Let's do it, brah! Let's do it. Ya better ask somebody, Chad."

HBO Wants Bengals To Be On Next Hard Knocks
Tuesday, April 28, 2009

Please, please, please let this happen! The Cincy Enquirer, via First Cuts, is reporting that the producers of HBO's Hard Knocks are seriously considering following the Bengals for the show this Summer....
The Bengals are being considered to be the featured team on this year's Hard Knocks:Training Camp series, which is aired on HBO in late July and August. No final decision has been made though by HBO or NFL Films, which produces the series. Both HBO and NFL Films like teams that train away from their home complexes during training camp, which makes the Bengals a fit. Bengals coach Marvin Lewis also has experience with what the series entails. He was the defensive coordinator at Baltimore during the first year the series ran in 2000. There is one factor though that would make this seem like a weird arrangement -- team owner Mike Brown rarely gives interviews anymore (and he would have to be on TV plenty for this series). What a great idea, HBO! This will bring an entirely new meaning to the term "Hard Knocks", especially when you consider that they just brought in head case Andre Smith into the fold. This better happen!

Just A Reminder......You Can Bet On Anything!
Wednesday, January 24, 2007

With the Super Bowl coming up there will upwards of $100 Million Dollars in play this February. The bets that you can place are absolutely insane....Some of my Favorites....
What will Peyton Manning's QB Rating Be?
Peyton Manning's Total Rushing Attempts?
What will Joseph Addai's Yards per Rush be?
Dallas Clark's Longest Reception?
What will Rex Grossman throw first an Int or a TD?
And always the craziest one.....MVP of Super Bowl?
Here are the odds:
Manning Even
Dal. Clark +2000
Harrison +900
Vinatieri +1000
Bob Sanders +3000
Rhodes +1500
Addai +800
Wayne +1200
T. Wilkins +3000
Grossman +500
Muhammad +1900
Thomas Jones +1000
Berrian +1200
Benson +1000
Des. Clark +1800
Urlacher +2000
Hester +2000
Gould +1500
Field (any other player) +900
The weirdest part is that Gould has better odds than Mush Muhammad and Urlacher. Given the fact that a kicker has never won and MVP......I wouldn't bet on Goulet.
But my personal favorite bet comes via The Cappers Forum. You may have heard that another Bengals player was arrested, but did you know you could have won money on it?
