Chad Johnson Is Getting A Face Tattoo?

So Chad Ocho Cinco just announced that he is currently getting a face tattoo on his Twitter page. I'm not really sure what this is supposed to be (maybe Florida?), but it looks to actually be true. He's officially lost it.
Update: I guess we have our answer....
