And this game is only to be seen in Oregon and Arizona...the Pac-10's TV contract is a travesty.

The Ohio State-Wisconsin game will be on the Big Ten Network. I wonder if Comcast will stick with the company line of the BTN not carrying any games of relevance.

they like FSN because they're not lumped in with the big east, acc, sec -- and getting crappy game times like midnight -- which is 9pm out west. that's why they chose NOT to be on espn. east coast bias.

This is all coming on the heels that ESPN was supposed to be at the BC/FSU game because that will be the Saturday night game on ABC.

And FSN games are not aired everywhere like you think. Many FSN's only carry a game if they have nothing more local interfering. For example, FSN Ohio barely ever shows the Big 12 and Pac 10 games, prempting it for the MAC football, high school football, Columbus Blue Jackets, Cincinnati Reds, and Cleveland Cavaliers.

ABC has picked up the game and it will be broadcast in the afternoon timeslot(west coast only). To bad for the national stage.

It's only the PAC-10. It's not like it's a real conference or anything like that.

It will probably be on espn360.com - so you should be able to at least watch it online.

Wrong yourself. With the $5.99 Dish Network Sports Package I'll be able to see it here in Indiana-on FSN Arizona.

I can't to hear all about this Oregon/Arizona St. game that will be played wile I get the Texas/Oklahoma St. snoozer on ABC. Oh, and the prime time game in this region on ABC is Texas A&M/Oklahoma .. fuck that.

ESPN schedule right now shows UCLA/Arizona as the PAC-10 regional afternoon game and Arizona ST/Oregon on Gameplan only. That's an outrage!

I hate the Pac-10. Even the Oregon cheerleaders are smoking.

Also, I would watch Pac-10 football over the Big Ten anyday....and I'm a Michigan fan. I actually like seeing points scored, but alas....I never get any of the games. The CAL game last night was the first one I've seen all season.

Also Also, couldn't ESPN throw on some Hawaii action one of these weeks. Us insomniacs would appreciate it.

Is any of the ESPN/ABC schedule set in stone yet? The entire state of Michigan would carry pitchforks to Chicago if it ended up on the BTN.
I'll reserve judgment on the schedule until everything's finalized on Tuesday (maybe).
Hawaii's games @Nevada & vs. Boise (and probably vs. Washington) are gonna be on ESPN.

How ESPN chose this over Saban Bowl, I'll never know.

listen people. the Big Eleven, the Big XII, Big East, are all fine conferences. The reality though is the PAC-10 has developed into a more attractive conference to play in for fast, athletic, recruits and thus, has currently taken the top spot.

That is not to say any team can't lose to any other (Delaware and App State and Stanford have shown that), but right now, the PAC-10 is the best from all angles.

As for the Duck Cheerleaders, there has been a minor slip recently since the mandatory weight cap was lifted, but they are certainly still top 5 nationally and much better than any of the Big XII schools, save Texas possibly. Compare them and set your ridiculous bias aside.

And. . . Go Ducks!

If you live outside Oregon or Arizona and you want to see this game, make sure to let the Pac-10 and both schools know ASAP, even if you end up with the game on Versus. I hope the Pac-10 doesn't keep the nation from seeing a nationally-important game just to spite ESPN like an earlier commenter implied.
