The Song Girls Will Be Getting Their Own Reality Show (Sort Of)
Wednesday, February 18, 2009

No, it's not exactly what you think. There will be know cheerleading, or will it be involved in Sports in any way. No, three USC Song Girls will be on the new E! reality show, "Hot Girls in Scary Places". I wish I was kidding about that title. Via The Hollywood Reporter....
E! has ordered a reality project that puts an all-girl spin on the paranormal investigation genre.Unbelievable. I mean, I can't believe that they think that Americans are such dumb animals, that they would watch this nonsense! (Pssst...E! What time does it start?)
The show is titled "Hot Girls in Scary Places" and stars three University of Southern California cheer squad friends challenged to spend the night in a supposedly haunted abandoned hospital and compete for a $10,000 cash prize.
"They're totally scared and totally believe experiences they're going through," executive producer Gary Auerbach said.
"Hot Girls" will premiere as a special/backdoor pilot and is tentatively scheduled to air Friday, March 13. The project is from Go Go Luckey (A&E's "Paranormal State" and Animal Planet's "Jockeys").

Lacrosse Cheerleader Gets Hit In Face With Ball
Friday, June 20, 2008
I know what you're thinking right now and that's, "There are cheerleaders for Lacrosse?" Why yes...yes there are and the are seriously in the line of fire! From Hot Clicks via Tirico Suave....
BLAM! I love how Joe Beninati Quint Kessenich are so serious about the whole thing at first but then go crazy during the replay. I mean how can you not laugh when a cheerleader gets hit in the face with a LAX ball?

Two (Count Them!) Two Attractive Female Posts In One
Friday, May 02, 2008
I know Michele Tafoya is probably going to call this disgusting, but I would be doing you all a disservice if I didn't pass these two items onto to you. Let's see.....which to go with first? I choose Door #1 AA! Okay good choice......

Busted Coverage spent most of this morning (a 3:54am post?!) trying to figure out who this basketball sideline reporter was and it ended up being a coed from Liberty University named Samantha Steele (porn name!). BC is already dubbing her the heir apparent to Erin Andrews and if you check out this video you'll find out that she's pretty good as well.
Having dated a girl from Liberty briefly let me just say this (how to say this nicely)....they're a tad bit off in the head. Not to say that I'm not, but if you have a second or two read this copy of The Liberty Way. I hope to see more of Ms. Steele in the future, but as we all know EA is going to be tough to knock off the top spot.

Behind Door #2! Arizona State disbands the entire Cheerleading Squad!!!
There are a bunch of different sites reporting on this today, but apparently Arizona State is ousting their whole Cheerleading Team after risque pics surfaced on TheDirty.com last week. Via With Leather....
The school's athletic director, Lisa Love (ed note- Porn Name!), made the decision Thursday evening... Although only six members of the squad are shown in the photographs, the entire 16-member squad will suffer the consequences, MyFOXPhoenix reported. The cheerleaders told MyFOXPhoenix that the photographs were a result of college kids goofing off, and they believe the decision to disband the team has been in the works for a while. The photographs are two years old.Wow. That's a pretty harsh penalty for College girls just acting like well...College girls. Not that I ever knew any of "those" girls in College, but that's how every girl's dorm room looks in my mind. As WL hilariously points out that this will almost certainly help ASU's current College Ranking of 124 out of 124.

The Arena Football League Gets Even More Lame
Wednesday, April 23, 2008
So with this emailed YouTube video I got a note that this Monday's Philly Soul-Dallas Desperados matchup is probably the biggest AFL game of the year. Apparently it's a big rivalry in the league, so much so that the Philly Soul cheerleaders are learning how to trash talk.....
Is that really even trash talking? I'm sure Dallas is going to be absolutely furious after viewing that egregious and unwarranted attack on their Football team!

Your College Basketball Announcing Schedule (A Work In Progess)
Wednesday, January 16, 2008

A ton of people have been emailing me asking where Erin Andrews is going to be each week, and it's about time that I made the transition away from Football. March Madness is only two months away and there are a heck of a lot of good games coming up. CBS' crews usually get announced later in the week, so I'm going to try to get this up with ESPN's schedule on Mondays and update it throughout the week.
Let's get into it. Here's your CBB Announcing Schedule for the rest of the week brought to you by Duke's Holly Kokinda (you can boo me now). Holly is a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and lists her life theme song as Unwritten by Natasha Bedingfield. Ready? Okay! I Told You Bowl Season Didn't Start Until The Crazy Came (Here It Comes Again)
Friday, December 28, 2007

It's one thing to trash talk the opposing team if you're a player. It's another thing to trash talk the other team's coach if you're a player. It's even another thing to trash talk the other team's coach by saying he needs a casket......and you're a cheerleader......
Paterno turned 81 last week. Penn State faces A&M Saturday night in the Alamo Bowl.Woooooo! I'm fired up for the Alamo Bowl now! Let's kill people!!! Wait, what?
The schools held pep rallies Thursday night in San Antonio, and one A&M yell leader told the crowd that Paterno was "on his death bed" and "someone needs to find him a casket."
The remarks drew boos from the crowd. Some A&M and Penn State fans said the remarks were offensive and inappropriate.
Only "some" fans found the comments offensive? I'd like to see the people who actually cheered that crap.
Aggie's Paterno 'Needs Casket' Comment Prompts Outrage (WGAL.com)
P.S.- Oh and the lovely lady above was not the culprit nor do I know if she is actually a cheerleader.
