Doesn't have to do with any nationally televised game, but my brother has been watching the Denver Nuggets play the Golden State Warrior with the Nuggets announcers, and in the first half he caught Scott Hastings, the Nuggets' color commentator with this funny slip when talking about the injuries of the other team:
"A short bench for Golden State with injuries and illnesses and everything else. They've had swollen this, torn this, and HIV, err H1N1. They've had almost everything."
Why on earth does NBATV wish to show the awful Philadelphia 76ers? Aren't they a sight better left unseen by national TV?
