Conan O'Brien Is Upset With Gus Johnson
Wednesday, October 29, 2008
Great catch by Steph over at Fanhouse today. Conan O'Brien happened to notice that Texans receiver David Anderson used his signature "String Dance" following the score. While that only is hilarious, it's the commentary from Gus Johnson and Steve Tasker that the late night show host focuses on the most. Pay attention around the one minute mark....
Hilarious. I can't imagine that Gus Johnson hasn't watched Conan before, but he obviously didn't recognize the brilliance of the TD celebration. Hopefully this can lead to GuJo actually going on Conan, and even more people can be subjected to his brilliance.

people watch Conan? I'm with Gus on this one. Never seen it before in my life.
That's Zapruder Film quality video of Conan right there.
"people watch Conan?"
It's either that or sleep, old man.
"People watch Conan?"
Um, only the best late night program on the air.
I noticed that when he did it. It was brilliant. If someonedoes the Year 2000 skit after scoring a TD the world will explode.
conan needs to have gus on. they can go over some of his more famous calls. it would be awesome.
Gus doesn't need to watch Conan to have fulfillment in his life.
HA HA!
I liked how Joe Buck somehow worked in Conan's comments. Yeah Joe is terrible but he's actually not as lame as he is broadcasting.
AA boy -- Can't figure out your goofy man crush on Gus Johnson. The guy is a cartoon -- and annoying as all hell.
Conan > Gus.
I noticed the Conan "dance" immediately...hilarious.
