@ AA...how about all of 2008? Winless football team. 4-12 Seahawks. 101 loss Mariners. U-Dub missed the NCAA tournament.

2009? We rock.

BTW 49er16....McFedries got submitted in round 2 by Drwal via rear naked choke. He finally goes past round 1 and he absolutely gasses.

You can catch the other fight on Spike.

Two comments from the game on CBS College Sports, which is actually a Mountain Network broadcast that they're simulcasting. It's my first time seeing that network and if it wasn't for the dodgy camerawork and the fact that their graphics never list the down and distance, it isn't half-bad for a lower-level broadcast.

Anyway, the first comment came from one of the announcers after a Hawaii player got flagged for taunting. He said, "I guess he's not following the 'ohana' spirit" then elaborated to say that 'ohana' is a Hawaiian term meaning "family".

Then, just a few minutes ago, after a UNLV running back absorbed a hit and stayed in bounds for a few extra yards to get a first down, one of them said, "... that's because he's got power... (he paused for a moment) below the waist."

Lou Holtz: "Mine goes to Jahvid Best, the running back from ... (1.5 seconds of silence). Tremendous job today, 131 yards, 5 touchdowns as Oregon beats Minnesota."
