The Four Minutes That Show How Every Redskins Fan Feels About Art Monk
Sunday, August 03, 2008

Darrell Green is by far my favorite Football player to ever play the game, but yesterday was all about Art Monk. I think this four minute standing ovation shows exactly how every Football fan feels about his entrance into the Hall....
Congrats Art....it's about damn time.

ESPN Airing The NFL HOF Induction Ceremony On Sunday
Thursday, July 31, 2008

Well we now know where ESPN's allegiance is. The Baseball HOF Ceremony was relegated to ESPN Classic, but the NFL one on Sunday will be broadcast on ESPN Uno. We even get Chris Berman back as host!
ESPN will present live coverage of the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2008 induction ceremony Saturday, August 2, at 6 p.m. ET from Canton, Ohio. NFL Live’s Trey Wingo will host the three-hour primetime telecast with analyst Tom Jackson. ESPN’s Chris Berman, entering his 23rd year as host of Sunday NFL Countdown, will emcee the ceremony that honors the six members of this year’s class – Fred Dean, Darrell Green, Art Monk, Emmitt Thomas, Andre Tippett and Gary Zimmerman. The telecast – which will re-air Saturday night at 11 p.m. on ESPN Classic – will review each inductee’s career with speeches from the inductees and their presenters.Obviously as a Skins fan, it's going to be a great day for me, but when you add in the game the next night it's just an awesome weekend of all things Football. I should be around most of the weekend with vids if you want to stop by. Football is here people....let us rejoice!
Correspondent Bob Holtzman will also provide reports for SportsCenter and other ESPN programs throughout the Hall of Fame weekend, including coverage of Sunday’s Redskins-Colts game.

ESPN Classic To Air HOF Induction Ceremony Sunday
Thursday, July 24, 2008

If the Marlins and Cubs just isn't doing it for you this Sunday afternoon you can head over to ESPN Classic. ESPN3 will be airing the Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony in its entirety starting at 1:30pm....
The 2008 Baseball Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will be televised live Sunday on ESPN Classic from 1:30-4:30 p.m., ET. Rich “Goose” Gossage, Bowie Kuhn, Walter O’Malley, Dick Williams, Barney Dreyfuss and Billy Southworth will be inducted.I suggest actually watching the edited version on ESPN2 if you're not a fan of either player because the thing seriously drags on at times. Last year's induction of Tony Gwynn and Cal Ripken seemed like it was nine hours long....and I'm an O's fan. The Gossage speech should provide plenty of tears though, and I'm a sucker for grown men sobbing.
Brian Kenny and Tim Kurkjian will cover the ceremonies on ESPN Classic. ESPN2 will present an edited version of the induction ceremonies on Monday at 8 p.m., ET, followed by a roundtable special with Kenny, Gossage and Dick Williams at 9 p.m., ET.
Following the ceremonies, ESPN Classic will re-air two games featuring Gossage:
- 4:30-5:30- the 1978 World Series Game 6. Yankees vs. Dodgers. Gossage pitches the final two innings as the Yankees win the World Series.
- 5:30-6:30- the “Pine Tar” game. 1983 Yankees vs. Royals. George Brett’s two-run home run off of Gossage was denied by the umpires, setting off one of baseball’s most memorable moments.

Michael Irvin Might Have A New Home
Monday, July 21, 2008
It's been awhile since Michael Irvin has had a network to call his own, but after the August 4th HOF Induction Ceremony he very well could be calling the NFL Network home. Irvin will be working the event for the NFL-N and future projects are sure to follow....
NFL Network returns to Canton, Ohio for the 45th Pro Football Hall of Fame induction ceremony honoring the Class of 2008. NFL Network’s broadcast team is headlined by 2007 inductee Michael Irvin, Fran Charles, Steve Mariucci, and Adam Schefter for seven hours of live, high-definition coverage on Saturday, August 2 beginning at 4 p.m. ET.I said it then and I'll say it now, Irvin's speech last year was what it's all about. It was good to finally see a real side to the man and not the overacting analyst he portrayed on ESPN. Hopefully he brings more honesty to this broadcast and maybe he'll work out for the NFL Network. Lord knows they need to add something that's not Deion Sanders.
Irvin, who last year delivered a stirring Hall of Fame induction speech, joins NFL Network’s Hall of Fame team to offer a first-hand perspective of the emotions felt by inductees as they enter the fraternity of pro football legends.
“There’s no better example of true passion for the game and the honor felt by becoming a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame than the emotional induction speech given by Michael last year,” said NFL Network Executive Producer Eric Weinberger. “His respect for what the Hall of Fame stands for and the legends it celebrates resonates with every football fan. We welcome his insights and knowledge as part of our team from Canton.”

So Where Was Joe Morgan Last Night?
Wednesday, July 16, 2008

I've been asking and being asked all day today where Dr. Joe Morgan was during the opening HOF introductions during last night's All Star Game and for the life of I me I can't find any answers. Well HR Derby has a thought and it's as good as any....
Did Morgan develop another flareup of Ryne-itis, also known as Sandberg Syndrome, wherein those afflicted can’t be anywhere near the man who broke Morgan’s record for Second Basemen? As you’ll recall, Joe Morgan was conspiculously absent at Sandberg’s Hall of Fame induction in 2005.I can't believe that Morgan is still peeved about Sandberg coming out of retirement to beat is 2nd Basemen HR record, but then again this is Joe were talking about. He also had one of those stellar ESPN chats where he answered about four questions, but still didn't address it....
It’s not like Joe didn’t know how to get to Yankee Stadium … he was in the building the night before when he announced the 2008 Home Run Derby.
No, I think this is just another case of Joe Morgan not wanting to share ANY stage with Ryne Sandberg.
chris (NJ): Hi Joe, How great was last night? What was your Fav part of last night?Very very interesting. It's a shame too because as a player he deserves to be there. It's time to stop being selfish and petty but that might be too much to ask of the good doctor.
SportsNation Joe Morgan: We talked about Uggla making mistakes, but some guys made great plays under pressure. Cristian Guzman made a few plays with two outs and the winning run at third, and they were not easy plays. The throw McLouth made to home plate when Navarro was trying to score was great. Some of the defensive plays under pressure impressed me. I was also impressed with some of the pitchers on both sides, who struck out pretty good hitters in pressure situations.
SportsNation Joe Morgan: I also liked the aggressiveness the AL showed in stealing bases.
Why wasn’t Joe Morgan at the All-Star Game last night? Oh right, Ryne Sandberg was there. (HR Derby)

Dan Dierdorf To Enter The Hall Of Fame A Second Time, Wins Rozelle Award
Tuesday, July 08, 2008

Well this is an interesting piece of news. Dan Dierdorf is this years Pete Rozelle Radio-Television Award winner and will receive a second spot in Pro Football's Canton Hall of Fame. Via Pro Football Weekly....
Dan Dierdorf will be entering the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio, for a second time after being named the winner of the 2008 Pete Rozelle Radio-Television Award.I personally was never that big of a Dierdorf fan, but the guy definitely has a great body of work. Here are some of his accomplishments via Tom Hoffarth's FOTW...
He began his broadcasting career in 1984 and is a three-time Emmy Award nominee as Outstanding Sports Analyst. He served as an analyst on "Monday Night Football" for more than a decade and has filled a role as game analyst on "The NFL on CBS" since 1999.
Dierdorf, a star offensive lineman for the St. Louis Cardinals during his 13-year NFL career, was inducted into the Hall of Fame as a player in 1996.
He will receive the Rozelle award on Friday, Aug. 1 at the Enshrinees Dinner in Canton.
*Immediately after retiring as a Pro Bowl offensive lineman for the St. Louis Cardinals (the football team, not baseball) for 13 seasons, he started behind the mike in 1984 as the St. Louis Cardinals (football, not baseball) analyst on KMOX radio.I personally think Dan Dierdorf was one of the pioneers in making networks think they had to hire ex-players as analysts, but I'm sure most people in the business see that as a positive. Either way he's a Broadcasting Hall of Famer now.
*He also did color commentary for the St. Louis Blues (yes, the NHL team).
*He was the sports director for KMOX TV in St. Louis.
*He did play by play on CBS Sports Radio NFL games in 1985. The next year, he switched to an analyst.
*He started on ABC's "MNF" in 1987, added to the Al Michaels-Frank Gifford team. He lasted 12 seasons, spending one of them with a Michaels-Boomer Esiason booth, but then left after 1998.
*He did Super Bowl XXII in 1988, XXV in '91 and XXIX in '95, each with Michaels and Gifford.
*He did boxing for ABC starting in 1989.
*He went to CBS to do NFL games in 1999 with Verne Lundquist. In 2000, he was paired with Dick Enberg. Since 2006, he's been with Greg Gumbel.
*He is referenced by George Carlin in his 1996 "Back in Town" album. Carlin is talking about capital punishment and wonders how a crucifixion would fly as a halftime show during a "MNF" game: "Wouldn't you like to hear Dan Dierdorf explain why the nails have to go in at a certain angle?"

Baseball Tonight To Feature Hall Of Fame Analysts
Wednesday, April 09, 2008

I was wondering what Wade Boggs has been up to and thanks to ESPN we'll get to find out. He and other HOFers will be added to Baseball Tonight on certain dates through July.
ESPN’s Baseball Tonight – the only nightly national studio show devoted solely to MLB highlights, news and information – will feature Hall of Famers as guest analysts on select Sundays throughout the 2008 season beginning with 18-year MLB veteran Wade Boggs on Sunday, April 13. Boggs will appear on the 12:30 and 7 p.m. ET shows, leading into the Sunday Night Baseball Presented by Taco Bell telecast featuring two of his former teams – the New York Yankees (1993-97) at Boston Red Sox (1982-1992) – at 8 p.m.Boggs will be on with Karl Ravech, John Kruk, and Steve Phillips for the 12:30 show and he'll be with Chris Berman, Kruk, and Phillips for the 7pm edition. Seems like a fun idea and anything that keeps John Kruk from talking is alright by me (I kid, I kid). But seriously....great idea Baseball Tonight. Oh and I think it's time you renamed the home run segment after EY's "Souvenir City" catchphrase. Just one man's opinion.
Additional Hall of Fame players to appear on Baseball Tonight will include Juan Marichal (May 11), Phil Niekro (May 25) and Rod Carew (July 13).
Update: Buck Showalter is also back on the program now giving the network 40 different analysts to choose from.

Dick Vitale Sheds Tears As He Announces His Admittance Into The Hall Of Fame
Monday, April 07, 2008

After years of trying Dick Vitale has finally made it into the College Basketball Hall of Fame. Every time I post on this there's a heated debate and there's nothing wrong with that, but I'm glad he has finally won out and made the Hall.
Vitale broke the news on Mike and Mike this morning and couldn't hold back the tears...
You can say a lot of things about Dick Vitale, but the one thing you can't is that he doesn't love the Sport he covers. Congratulations Dickie V, I personally believe you've earned it and the only thing left is to get Coach K to send you in (I kid, I kid). Let the debate and hate commence in the comments.

Dick Vitale For The Hall Redux
Saturday, February 16, 2008

I went on a huge campaign last year for Dickie V to get into the hall, and it didn't work. I'm pretty sure it was just Bob Knight and myself that thought that he should have gotten in because most of you commenters seemed against it and the same with MSM. This goes down every year and every year he's denied from induction. Well he's up again and this year could make four years in a row....
Dick Vitale, in the midst of his 29th season as an ESPN college basketball analyst, has been named a finalist for induction into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame as a contributor to the sport. The list of finalists for the Class of 2008 was announced Friday. Hall of Fame contributors are described as those who have made significant contributions to the game and its growth. It's another tough class for Vitale to be up against, but in the end he only needs support from 18 of the 24 voters. I still think his contributions to the Sport and all the work he's done with the V Foundation should be enough, but many seem to disagree. We'll see what happens in April. In the meantime ESPN has put together a handy PDF of things to consider when deciding on Vitale....
The inductees will be announced at the NCAA Men’s Final Four in San Antonio on Monday, April 7, with Enshrinement Ceremonies to be held at the Hall of Fame in Springfield, Mass. September 5.
"It's absolutely always a thrill to learn that you've been nominated for the most prestigious honor in your profession - the National Basketball Hall of Fame,” Vitale said. “To be mentioned in the same breath with the likes of Patrick Ewing, Hakeem Olajuwon, Pat Riley and all the others that have been nominated just brings me great joy."
* He’s an outspoken advocate for the sport and as enthusiastic a promoter of basketball as there has ever been, unafraid to offer opinions and push for reform when appropriate. That's just the first paragraph of the four page document.
* He works dozens of the top games each season and votes on the Naismith and Wooden Awards, plus the AP poll.
* With Vitale enthusiastically leading the way, ESPN has become a college basketball fan’s best friend.
* He’s created a lexicon filled with phrases such as ‘Get a TO’ and ‘Awesome Baby’ which are now a part of the vernacular.
* He connects with fans through many mediums, providing insight for “SportsCenter,” ESPN Radio, USA Today, Basketball Times and his web site (http://espn.com/dickvitale). He’s also authored seven books.
* He’s played an integral role in building the concept of “March Madness.”

Our Long National Nightmare Is Over
Saturday, February 02, 2008

The second best receiver of his era is finally in the Hall of Fame along with my favorite player ever. After so many years and arguments it's almost better that one of the Redskins best offensive weapons is going in with one it's best defensive ones.

Joe Nuxhall Leads List Of MLB Broadcaster HOF List Which Includes, Wait....Joe Morgan???
Wednesday, December 05, 2007
About 10 people emailed me this story and I couldn't for the life of me figure out why. I posted on Joe Nuxhall's passing last month and him being nominated to head into the HOF with the Ford Frick Award seemed like a no brainer. I then decided that maybe I should read the whole thing....
The Hall of Fame announced Tuesday the 10 candidates for the 2008 Frick Award, a process during which fans helped shape the ballot by selecting three of the 10 people through an exclusive vote on baseballhalloffame.org and MLB.com.Oh you silly "online voters" you! Come on Joe....we know it was you clicking 122,000 times on your ESPN provide laptop that got you nominated. No one could really think that you deserved this but you right? Right?!?
The late Bill King, who called Oakland Athletics games for 25 years, and Hall of Fame second baseman Joe Morgan of ESPN's Sunday Night Baseball coverage were the other two broadcasters placed on the ballot by online voters.
The winner will be announced in February and the award will be given out at the 2008 HOF Induction Ceremony in July.

Vote For Joe Buck. Go Ahead, I Dare You
Saturday, November 03, 2007
Posted by OMDQ
Attention, baseball fans: for the entire month of November, you get to help choose the next recipient of the Baseball Hall of Fame's Ford C. Frick Award.
Well, sort of. Right now, there is a list of 200 broadcasters who are eligible to receive the award and have, I'm assuming, passed through some sort of rigorous screening process. Every day this month, fans can choose to cast votes for up to three, with the top three earning a place on the final ten person ballot that will be released December 5.
I toyed with the idea of posting my own top ten list here, but that can wait at least until the official ballot is released. In the meantime, let's share top threes - mine are, in no particular order:
Ned Martin (Boston Red Sox, 1961-92): You had to know there was gonna be a Sox announcer on any ballot I filled out. My sincerest apologies to Joe Castiglione and Ken Coleman that it couldn't be them.
Joe Nuxhall (Cincinnati Reds, 1967-2004): A win for Nuxhall would mean that the Reds had a pair of Hall of Fame announcers in the booth from 1974-2004; Marty Brennaman won the Frick award in 2000.
Tom Cheek (Montreal Expos, 1974-76; Toronto Blue Jays, 1977-2004): Called more than 4,300 consecutive games for the Blue Jays, from the team's first contest in 1977 to June 2004. Cal Ripken, eat your heart out.
Honorable Mention: Ray Fosse (something about the idea of Fosse being in the Hall while Pete Rose isn't makes me chuckle), Dave Niehaus (has been behind the mic for all of Seattle's 31 seasons) and Ralph Kiner (no one has ever been honored by the Hall as both a player and a broadcaster; by my count, there are sixteen Hall of Famers among the 200 names on this year's ballot).
Those are my choices. Who have you guys got?

B.J. Surhoff is a Hall of Famer?
Sunday, August 26, 2007
(posted by OMDQ)
Sometimes, Mother Nature needs to know when to shut the hell up and provide good weather.
Rain interrupted B.J. Surhoff's induction into the Baltimore Orioles Hall of Fame Saturday night (an exclusive group that also includes legendary talents such as Rick Dempsey and Chris Hoiles), requiring him to throw out the game's first pitch after home plate and the pitcher's mound had already been covered with tarps (total bummer, man - not nearly as much fun if you can't at least stand on the dirt of the mound).
It seems weird to write the words "Hall of Fame" and "B.J. Surhoff" in the same sentence, but I will say this for the guy: he was, without a doubt, a charter member of the "Holy Cow, That Guy's Still Playing?" Hall of Fame (a group that has since added Damion Easley, and probably countless others, to its ranks). Seriously, Surhoff always seemed like the type of player who talent-wise should have had a 10-12 year career, but through a combination of hard work and a willingness to play everywhere (the only thing he never did in the majors was pitch) stretched it out to nineteen seasons, most of them as a valuable contributor.
Good for him for making enough of an impact to receive this honor (seriously - Dempsey and Hoiles may be members, but so are Robinson, Robinson, Ripken Jr., and Murray. Good group).

Larry Who?
Saturday, August 11, 2007
(posted by OMDQ)
Back in April, players and teams throughout Major League Baseball wore number 42 to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Jack Robinson's debut as the first black player since the 1880s. There were ceremonies around baseball to honor Robinson, including one before the Dodgers game against San Diego that featured Robinson's widow, Rachel, and delayed the start of the game for half an hour.
At the time, I noted the inconsistent nature with which baseball was celebrating this obviously worthy milestone. Robinson deserved all the praise he received, and it is truly tragic that he was not around to enjoy it, but the lack of respect shown to Larry Doby was criminal. Doby, the second black player since 1884 and the first in American League history, escaped mention for much of the night, with only Hall of Famer Frank Robinson finally noting his contributions to the game in the sixth inning of the aforementioned Dodgers game, nearly three hours after the ESPN broadcast began.
Tonight, August 10, the Cleveland Indians honored Doby, with every player wearing his number 14 during the game against the New York Yankees. Why August 10? It wasn't to commemorate his debut (July 5), his birth (December 13), or even his death (June 18). No, the team scheduled this honor to coincide with its Hall of Fame/Heritage Weekend, which continues through this Sunday.
Forgive me for feeling put out, but this is crap. Sure, you can argue that the Indians did well to remember Doby at all this season, especially when ESPN and the rest of the national media don't seem to care about his impact in the least. But the man deserved his own day, his own weekend. If anything, the team's Hall of Fame Weekend should have been scheduled around Doby - planning festivities for Doby (muted festivities, at that - note that the game was not nationally televised, no ceremonies held up the start time, and it barely made it into the game recap) around the likes of Andre Thornton, Charles Nagy, Jim Bagby Sr. and Mike Garcia is beyond ridiculous - it's disrespectful to the man's memory. No disrespect intended toward any of those four men, who were all fine players in their own right, but they aren't in Larry Doby's class.
Maybe I shouldn't worry so much. Maybe I should take the same mindset regarding Larry Doby as I do with Barry Bonds - don't get too bent out of shape about the way things are being handled now; instead, formulate a firm viewpoint of my own and continue baseball's oral tradition by passing that viewpoint down to my children and encouraging them to examine all sides of the issue before coming to their own conclusions. But I don't know. Somehow, it feels like Larry deserves better.

Now That's A Hall Of Fame Induction Speech
Monday, August 06, 2007
Let me preface this by saying I can't/couldn't stand Michael Irvin in College, In The Pros, or as an "analyst". He was the one (Billy "White Shoes" Johnson is a joke) who turned the position of Wide Receiver into the most egotistical group of athletes in all of Sports.
Sure part of this loathing was because he was a Cane, a Cowboy, and really really good. But he was everything that Art Monk (2nd greatest receiver ever in my eyes) was not.
That disdain then carried over into his post-NFL life and ESPN. I really can't stand his whole shtick, but this was one hell of an induction speech...
Does it bite off of Jimmy V a bit? Sure. But I genuinely believe that Irvin knows he made some mistakes in life, and you can tell he is grateful and honored to have made it to this point.

The Press Buffet: Cooperstown
Sunday, July 29, 2007
Two great players enter the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY today. Tony Gwynn, who seemed to always put the ball in play when he was up to bat, and Cal Ripken, who was always there, every day, period.
After the jump, we'll read the reaction to this auspicious event through the words of newspaper columnists from San Diego, Baltimore, and Cooperstown itself.
In addition, we'll fit in some coverage of the other big event today: Arena Bowl, baby!!!!
The Cooperstown Crier gives us the welcome news that local residents aren't jaded by living in the shadow of the sport's ultimate destination. Some Cooperstown residents are going gaga because their favorite players are going in the Hall today. This, from Gwynn superfan Frank Vito:This weekend, Vito hopes to get a chance to talk with Gwynn when he serves as a driver for the Hall of Fame. "I'm hoping maybe I get to pick him up at the airport in Albany, and have a chance to talk to him the whole way back," Vito said. "That would really be a dream come true."
And the HOF librarian is a former Baltimore resident:"It kind of comes under the responsibilities of the job, which is kind of neat," Gates said. "I had fun speaking with Ripken about the longest game when he was with Rochester." Baseball's famous "Longest Game" between the Rochester Red Wings and the Pawtucket Red Sox lasted a record 33 innings and took more than eight hours to complete. The game began on April 18, 1981, and the teams played until after 4 a.m. before the game was suspended and resumed on June 23 with Pawtucket winning, 3-2.
Ripken was 2-13 in the game, and, of course, played in all 33 innings.
Said Gates: "It's kind of fitting that the Iron man played in the longest game in baseball history."
Our very own weekend editor One More Dying Quail once worked at the HOF, so I'll bet he enjoys this weekend on a personal level as well.
Let's check the reaction in the San Diego Union-Tribune. Gwynn played 20 ultra-productive seasons as a Padre. He now coaches the San Diego State baseball team, and his son now plays for the Brewers. He still can't believe this is happening to him:“We were talking at breakfast this morning,” Gwynn said. “Here's Jim Palmer, Tom Seaver, Carlton Fisk. For me, still, it's like 'Wow. Look at these guys here.' . . .
“We're in awe. We're still in awe. The fact that you're going to be inducted doesn't change that all that much.”
From the Baltimore Sun, Maryland's native son and most famous Oriole also goes into the hall today. Cal Ripken, The Iron Man, says he's awed by his induction, but it's still second on his list of career moments.Ripken said the Hall induction falls behind the Orioles' 1983 championship in his list of career highlights. He spent his career putting the team first and said he has enjoyed stepping back and appreciating what he achieved.
"It endorses who you are as a player and what your contributions were," he said of entering the Hall. "And it doesn't take into consideration the team. Being elected to the Hall of Fame is about your career pretty much and your impact on the game."
It may rain in upstate NY today, pushing the ceremony back until Monday, but that won't dampen these guys' spirits any.
####################################################################
And in even bigger news, today is Arena Bowl number something-or-other, and the San Jose Sabercats take on the Columbus Destroyers. For some people, this is life or death sports action. Here's a great primer on the sport from the Columbus Dispatch:The team now has its own fight song, though.
Destroyers Battle Cry, written by Christian rappers Domonice Thompson and Clay Armstrong, made its debut this week.
The Columbus artists, who perform onstage as CeriOus, said they wrote the song about all of life's battles.
"It also translates into football," Thompson said.
And the San Jose Mercury News is watching for signs of a letdown in a team that unexpectedly lost in the American Conference championship game last year. They think this year's version has a not-so-secret weapon:The Destroyers have gotten superb play from quarterback Matt Nagy, who is no stranger to the playoffs. Two years ago, he was the losing quarterback when Colorado beat Georgia in the ArenaBowl.
In a league in which defensive stops can be more unusual than a cool summer day in New Orleans, Nagy will probably have to play extremely well to keep pace today. SaberCats quarterback Mark Grieb has thrown 15 touchdowns and just one interception through two playoff games.
And if the MSM coverage of the event doesn't float your boat, I highly recommend that you check out It's Still Football. They've been blogging the Arena League all season long in hilarious fashion, and somehow wrangled press credentials for the big enchilada. They're taking reader suggestions for features and interviews, so hop over there and check them out.
Enjoy what's left of your weekend!

The site is extremely detailed, and all of the inductees have their own plaques and are decked out in red sport coats similar to the yellow ones for the actual Hall. My favorite entry has to be TD Vulture Leroy Hoard who single-handily knocked me out of my leagues playoffs in 1998. The dude who had him somehow drafted him and stopped playing halfway through the season. Good times.
Be sure to flip through there today....it's worth a visit.
