Nike Congratulates Roger Federer On 15 Majors
Monday, July 06, 2009
Roger Federer took out Andy Roddick over the weekend, to notch his fifteenth major championship, and Nike put together a pretty cool ad to honor the accomplishment. Here is the spot featuring the likes of Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods and John McEnroe....

He still has no personality.
@GMoney
Fed or Sampras? Or both?
And to follow up on Matt M, I thought that was inappropriate. Like, here's Andy Roddick, the American who put up an unbelievable effort. Never mind, screw you, we've known Roger would do it today. That whole thing was just delaying the celebration and marketing opportunity.
Federer has a lot of personality. To say he doesn't is such a close-minded view. Because he doesn't showboat, talk trash, or call attention to himself doesn't mean he has no personality. I've heard him do countless interviews in various settings and he does indeed have a good personality. I respect G-Money's opinion, but I doubt he watches very much tennis.
Wait a minute! You respect my opinion? The guy is a robot. I've heard him interviewed and it's about as boring as Mid-Utah Sports Radio.
This was the very first commercial NBC showed after Federer won.
