Susyn Waldman Has Nothing On This Guy

I'm not even sure if this guy is actually announcing the game, or doing it with a microphone on his computer. Let's pretend like he's actually on the call though, and that this is the best "homer" reaction ever. There are no goals in this Everton-Aresnal game, and it's gone into overtime.....
The sped up voice part at the end is hilarious. I just might begin to do that to American announcers on a regular basis.

I think this is from Fox Soccer Fanzone, which is pretty much what Geoffrey said it is: one fan from each team commenting on the game.
If you know anything about English soccer, and can decipher the accents, I highly recommend watching Fanzone. It is utter hilarity.
It's sky sports fanzone, and I watched that game on tv and it was an awesome goal scored. But the youtube user doesn't know that it's goals not points and stoppage time not overtime in soccer.

Fixed
Curse me being an American.
the little rant at the end reminds me of Michael Kay's reaction to David Justice hitting basically the game winning hr in the 2000 ALCS: "Get your tokens ready!"
and yeah i wish that they did something like this in the states
It might actually be a fan. Sky sorts (i think) sometimes has a pair of regular joe fans serve as the announcing crew for a game; occasionally you can see the broadcasts in the us on Fox Soccer Channel.
Can you imagine this for US sports? A Yankees and Red Sox fan sharing the broadcasting booth? Pure Gold.
