Steve Nash Sees Your Ball Kick and Raises You A Forearm Shiver

Tuesday, May 15, 2007

So you thought the Spurs were playing dirty before huh? Well, there's only one word for this Robery Horry foul, and that word is dirty. I'm not really mad about it because it actually signifies the "real start" of the playoffs, but the guy does deserve a suspension.

The sad part is that Amare and Borris Diaw could also get a suspension for leaving the bench. In fact immediately after this Craig Sager said, "The Suns bench might have a pass on Stoudamire because he was going in the game as a sub."

The best part was in the postgame interview (below) when Steve Nash said that he has been, "working on the guns a bit so a couple of combos mighta landed some points on the body." Too funny.

P.S.- Great job by Craig to ask Steve's view on the hit and the Amare situation BTW. It was a little sketchy that he was just going to pass along the Suns propaganda for them.

What a flop, Sergei Fedorov would be proud.

I understand he's a good soccer player...

That game was crazy...reminded me of when I used to turn the fouls off in NBA Jam and just knock the hell out of people.

I love when Sager makes the corny joke about Horry with the cheap shot, and Nash just responds with "good one." I love both those guys.
