Alyssa Milano Hangs In The Phillies' Booth

Friday, July 11, 2008

Attractive women end up in the announcing booth pretty regularly, but rarely just completely shut down all commentating. Alyssa Milano was a guest of the Philadelphia Phillies yesterday and after talking about hugging the Phillie Phanatic, and him smelling good, got hit on a bit by Sarge Matthews....

I'd personally watch out Sarge. Being a former baseball player you're still technically in Alyssa's "line of fire", if you know what I mean. The "Who's the Boss? music was a nice touch, but an old guy talking about tattoos on women kind of skeeves me out. Oh well, good times.

You can check the rest of the appearance out over at the 700 Level....

I watched this yesterday. They kept talking about her for the whole next inning. I can't blame them cause she is hot. Her laugh is annoying though.

Hopefully, those announcers were given Penicillin shots as soon as she left the booth.

It's the Phillie Phanatic, not the Philadelphia Philly.

Tom McCarthy has the biggest mancrush on Sarge. I wonder if he was getting jealous.

Yeah I don't know why I said that. I even participated in a walk-a-thon with him in a mascot costume.

It's often been said that even just an average-looking woman can become attractive or hot simply by virtue of liking or talking about sports (the oft-quoted example being some ESPN reporters past and present).

However, that doesn't apply to Alyssa Milano. She's just plain hot, with or without the sports factor, but the fact that she is a huge (and serious) baseball fan moves her into the stratosphere.

I don't disagree with Sarge, the right tattoos on the right woman can be very sexy (and Alyssa fits that category), but that was the most totally random interjection into a conversation ever. It's like he had decided he was asking her about her tats regardless of the circumstances, so he just threw it out there.

They should have asked her how Brad Penny's ass tasted
