The NFL Network Apparently Still Thinks The Geico Cavemen Are Humorous

Wednesday, October 15, 2008

The Geico Cavemen are everywhere these days. At Baseball games, at Football games, and now on the NFL Network for some reason. Watch as hilarity ensues when Steve Mariucci, Terrell Davis and Fran Charles go through a meeting with one of the bearded characters....

Get it? A bonfire AND a cave! Ugh. Is there any Sport these annoying things haven't invaded now. Maybe I should just watch Hockey from now on.

Geico Caveman visits the NFL Network, leaves in a huff (The Zone Blitz)

Yeah, hockey should be safe. Cavemen are, for some reason, deathly afraid of ice.

This looks like a failed "Sports Soup" segment.

If loving those Geico Cavemen commercials is wrong, then I don't want to be right.

Kill the Caveman AND the stupid little green animal.

If the purpose of an ad campaign is to sell the product, then this batch falls flat on its deductible.
