SSR - ugh, not an auspicious day if I'm missing basic shit like that.
No HNIC tonight so I'll have to watch some college hoops. I'll stay with Miss ST / UGA right now because the WWL shows the highly attractive UGA cheerleaders after evry commercial break.

Who the hell is "Warshington", Bob Knight?
I'm going crazy with him saying that all the time.
If Kay Yow's death is the biggest story of the day(according to the WWL talking head), then why wasnt it the first story on your halftime show instead of game highlights ?
They just went to Erin Andrews at start of CT/ND and as she was talking, the arena lights went dark
and all that was seen was a black screen
JG - I thought it was the top story in the halftime show earlier. Anyway...doesn't diminish the point.
According to my cable box, USC-Wazzu is on tape delay. I wonder if they screwed something up...
Stanford-OSU announcers:
PBP: Ted Robinson, Color: Kris Weems

I was watching Miss St-UGA, maybe its not considered "Breaking news" anymore and they didnt change script.
I know it doesnt diminish point, but speaking as someone without any journalism training or education, isnt your biggest story supposed to be the first one ?

The Senior Bowl's on the NFL Network. Who doesn't want to see Charles Davis & Mike Mayock break down John Parker Wilson's throwing mechanics?

I had enough Mangina during the BcS(how CFT writes it). Plus Bob Papa needs to fire his agent for him having to work that game. The only reason I'd watch that game is for Lindsay Soto.
JG - yes, usually that's how it goes, but we're forgetting to account for the built-in bias against women's hoops in terms of importance.
(I mean, probably half the people watching that segment didn't have any idea who Kay Yow was. Not saying I'm much better.)
Dickie V: "You'd make a great leprechaun."
Shulman: "Oh, yeah. A 6'4" bald leprechaun. I'd scare the kids."
Also, BTN: ditch the taped player-introducing-the-lineups. They didn't even squeeze in both teams' lineups until after the first 9 minutes of the game.
46-44 USC over Wazzu.
Ummm........the Pac-10 will advance ZERO teams past the sweet 16.
Never really was into college bball
Today's JamesCraven "Stay Classy" Award goes to Houston's Aubrey Coleman, who tried his best Albert Haynesworth impression on Chase Budinger's dome. Special props go to the unnamed teammate who high-fived Coleman as he chuckled his way off the court after his ejection.
U-Dub played (and then kicked USC's ass) on Thursday.
You're playing Wazzu, so expect to be bored throughout the night.
