Giants Fans Took The Playoff Loss Well

Tuesday, January 13, 2009

The dynamics of a post game parking lot have always amazed me, but I didn't think any place was worse than FedEx Field in that regard. I've seen some crazy s**t in Raljon, but I don't think I've ever seen a person take a bat to a car after a loss. Via The 700 Level....

The worst part is that if you look to the left, that Porsche is already wrecked. I guess it's not a problem to find out who did it though. If your car got trashed, after the Giants got trashed by the Eagles, just go to YouTube!

I thought that people from New Jersey only beat their wives with bats?

There is another video by the same guy of destroying the Porsche that is next to the SUV. It is just as crazy as they threw a grill into it.

There is the link to their other video.

"Videotaping this crime spree is the best idea we ever had!"

Damn, Chris in Tampa beat me to the punch.

No "dumb fans" tag? This is the epitome of a dumb fan. THEY ARE VIDEO-TAPING THEMSELVES COMMITTING A CRIME!

Well, I guess now we know why New Jersey is known as the skidmark of the underwear that is the United States of America (Relax, I'm kidding.)

In regard to the Porsche, the guy parked on top of hot charcoals and the car lit up during the game. They were announcing it over the PA during the game, so the Porsche was destroyed before the fans got back to the parking lot. As for the truck, well, that was a pretty sh*tty thing to do

This was posted by a reader on the Neil Best Watchdog blog:

Here's the story on this....I went to the game on Sunday and was parked 2 cars over from the White truck. I happened to know the guy in the white truck and feel very bad for him. Everyone went into the game and there were hot coals in the spot where the Porsche was parked. The driver of the Porsche parked over the hot coals well after the game had started. The spot was open when everyone went in. The owner of the white truck got a call during the game that his truck was on fire from his wife. He thought she was kidding. A state trooper identified the plate and called his wife. He had a very large propane tank in his truck that he used for a heater that day. Thank God the fire didn't get to that or it would have been much, much worse.

After the game, the owner of the porsche threw the keys on his seat and called a taxi stating "I am outta here, you deal with this." That is what set everyone off.

However, the owner of the white truck was not involved. I don't know who the guys were swinging the bats (maybe the owner of the black SUV on the other side) but the people who should have been mad were not doing the damage. All three cars were un-drivable and the owner of the white truck was told to wait for an insurance adjuster. That is why they were all still there.

Sad situation for all and the guys doing the damage are probably going to regret it. Football is not that important but alcohol will make you do very, very stupid things.

The vidoe has been removed.

In the meantime, Stay Class, New York Sports Fans. Your teams are a bunch of choke artists that live up to the name "The Big Apple".
