Emmitt Smith To Be Replaced By Colleen Dominguez This Monday Night On Countdown
Friday, December 21, 2007
I'm pretty sure Emmitt is just off for the Holiday because he's scheduled to be on Sunday Countdown, but this caught my eye this afternoon.....
Monday Night Countdown Delivered by UPS with Berman, Jackson, Johnson, Bill Parcells and Mortensen (in Bristol) with Young and Colleen Dominguez (at the MNF game in San Diego), will start at a special Christmas Eve time of 6:30 p.m. ET leading into ESPN’s Monday Night Football season finale at 8 p.m. The program will review Sunday’s games and preview the game that night’s game – Denver Broncos at San Diego Chargers. Also, on the sidelines will be reporters Suzy Kolber covering the Broncos and Michele Tafoya covering the Chargers.Very Very Interesting. I can almost guarantee that Colleen knows more about Football than the NFL's Leading Rusher who was a 15-year vet. I'm also intrigued to see how much she distracts Steve Young while he's telling us about Jay Culter's throwing motion for the thousandth time.
Also, check out my Sporting News post where there's info on Bill Parcells appearing on Countdown as well.

An early Christmas present...thank you, God.
Wow, just wow.
That's going to make Monday night's live blog much more interesting...yeah, that's right.
she's hot
So we're replacing one boob with two boobs? We win right?
Couldn't they have found someone with a little more, like, pro football experience.
Like Jackie Slater, he was always good.
I think Dominguez mihgt be there to sub for Sal Pal and not Emmitt, but I could be wrong.
haha don't knock colleen too much over there, i think shes a pretty good reporter and knows her stuff pretty well. =)
She can hike my balls any day.
More women, they need more women covering NFL games...
Just cuz, and stuff, ya know, like, OH MY GAWD.
MAybe ESPN could remove all the men, and put women in their, just to make it, like, equal and stuff, just cuz.
I hope Denny and Enberg are doing that game.
It is Sal Pal she's covering not Emmitt
Yeah, get it right. As dumb as ESPN can be, they're not going to have a sideline reporter fill in as an analyst. She's there to host moron.
"almost guarantee"?
And I love how ESPN is playing off "strangled to death by Steve Young" as "gone for the holidays"
