I don't know if Digger thought he was back in the time of the Great Depression or what, but this hat just cracked me up....
That's just straight pimpin right there.

Thanks for posting this -- I was rolling when I saw him in that.
On Bruce's point about not wearing coats, I think they wanted us to feel sorry for them stuck outside while everyone else was having fun enjoying the game, since they couldn't find space for them in the arena. Kind of like how all the sports people were complaining that it was 50 degrees and raining Super Bowl week.

But did you see Vitale? About ten minutes in to the first half they put Shulman and Vitale on camera as they are coming out of a break. Vitale had totally sweated through his blue shirt - the underarms and the top and bottom of his collar. It was like a bad deodorant commercial - I expected to see Chad Johnson show up.
Digger got that hat from Kirk Herbstreit after the OSU-Michigan game.

Cameron Indoor is a notoriously hot place, to my understanding, especially in the high rafters where the press box is. Even Erin Andrews was talking about how hot & sweaty she was getting on the sidelines.
BIS is right....it's insanely hot in that building, but especially up top where the booth is. All of that douchebagness rises you know.
A "hot and sweaty" Erin Andrews, THAT is what we need more of on ESPN.

Then wait until the return of Monday Night Baseball...unless they shook things up. I think Dan Shulman is supposed to do the PbP instead of Dave O'Brien this year.
Did Digger find a highlighter to match that newsboy?
He looked like Grover Dill from A Christmas Story.
Despite the "Newsies" cap, Digger was the only smart one in the bunch. It got colder and colder as the day went on in this neck of woods(I'm just two hours north of the Raleigh-Durham area), not to mention the wind. Why is it that these schmucks almost never wear coats? Is it because it makes them look more manly?
