Jay Mariotti And Skip Bayless In The Same Segment (Welcome To Hell On Earth)
Thursday, March 06, 2008
I'm warning you ahead of time to just skip this post entirely or you'll lose your mind like I did when this clip aired last night.
So wait....Brett Favre acted like a kid? I'm confused....you know what, screw it...I give up.
(Please don't ever subject us to this again ESPN. I beg of you.)

I'm still waiting for the last circle of Hell on Earth, when Skip Baylass and Stephen A. Smith are in the same segment.
CAPLOCKS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No way this is worse than Stu and Linda co-hosting Sportscenter, like last night.
I agree Anon....fixed.
OW OW OW. It hurts.
Can we put these two in the same padded cell and lock it up?
Charles Barkley shot his TV when he saw this.
@leezy:
Weren't Bayless & Stephen A. in "Old School/Nu Skool" every Sunday morning SportsCenter for a bit of time?
what do these guys know? Is there any proof that Favre wanted the Packers to sign Moss this year? The Packers are loaded at WR and having Moss would be great but I mean come.
These guys just make shit up.
Those are three minutes I'll never get back, and I can't say I wasn't warned.
Just painful.
You're just making him more famous
I'm still convinced that Skip Bayless hasn't watched sports in a decade.
leezy, don't give them ideas. I beg you.
Stephen A., Skip, and Jay in the same segment....the Earth would explode.
While I normally am not a Mariotti fan, he was actually reserved and, well, reported well in this clip...Bayless as usual is his arrogant, know-nothing self who was trying to get an argument out of Mariotti and didn't get it. What's up with Bayless at the end saying 'and he won't' at the end of Mariotti's well-read ending? Lame.
One got run out of Chicago and the other one needs to. Yikes!
I agree with Brian. I am from Chicago, and aside from ATH, Mariotti is not that bad on TV (though 75% of his articles are absolute junk). Skip Bayless, however, needs a muzzle on him at ALL times. The ending was childish and very irresponsible by Bayless
Give them a show, I'd watch it everyday waiting for one of them to throw a punch and hurt his wrist in the process. It would be better than the early days of Jim Rome.
Mariotti wasnt bad in this clip, but he was just as dumb for even acknowledging Skip thinking that Brett Favre has ANYTHING to do with Randy Moss. Not only do I feel sorry for anyone who ever witnessed that clip, I feel worse for Josh Elliott for having to moderate that "discussion"
I believe it is "Hell on Earth" rather than "Hell Has Officially Frozen Over".
