Announcement(s)
Tuesday, March 20, 2007
Just a quick little note that was alluded to yesterday. For those of you in the DC Metro area I will Jamie and Dan's first guest on the "Blog Show" this Friday, March 23rd (6ish PM).
We will be talking about oil prices in the U.S., the value of the yen, the likely XM/Sirius merger, and tips for internet dating.
Seriously though....you know what we'll be talking about. What else do I know anyway(s)? My tournament picks suck, and I'm getting destroyed in the NBX: Battle of the Blogs. So announcers it is!
The "Blog Show" airs near the end of Washington Post Live on Fridays, and while I urge you to watch that specifically....the show (WaPo Live) is great as a whole (M-F 5-6:30). The first episode aired yesterday, and it's a format that only the Washington Post could pull off. Yesterday's guests included Jason Campbell and Ryan Zimmerman, and the rest of the week is more of the same (Ben Olsen, Brian Schneider, and Tom McMillen)
So I hope you're all ready for some pasty white skin on your airwaves!!!
***UPDATE***- MDG reminded me in the comments that Washington Post Live is streamed at WashingtonPost.com. So even if you don't live in the Greater Metro DC Area.....you can enjoy the pastiness as well! Rock on.

In other news.....BD from Sports Show on Mute let me know that the site (AA) was mentioned on the Detroit Sports Radio Jamie and Brady Show. Just wanted to give them a plug.....glad you enjoyed the quotes. There will be more Friday and Saturday.

Steagles its also streamed live online at washiongtonpost.com
Thanks for that MDG...I'm an idiot for not mentioning that.
I think Agent Bog's headshot is better than mine. Damn camera phones!
No worries. You know I look out for my boys (and girls) of the blogging mecca. The show tonight has a video of Steinberg racing littles and mike jenkins from comcast sportsnet dressed as giant racing presidents at RFK.
Oh, when I get back to Philly and organize the Philly bloggers into a finely tuned mauling army of blogstruction, it's on. Marco's going to stab some guy in the chest with a trident.
Also, you seem to have an extra http:// in Dan's link. Have fun on the air!
Make sure to check Boswell's pulse when you're on...he looked half-dead last night.
I'm getting stomped in the Battle of the Blogs as well. :(
I hope you can provide some youtube clips for those of us not blessed enough to be residing in the blog-capital.
