Mike And Mike Sure Do Like Pizza, Have Their Own Pizza Hut Video Game
Wednesday, February 06, 2008
Far be it from me to tell anyone what to do in regards to advertising and sponsorships but this seems to be a bit over the top. Mike and Mike have been doing voice overs for Dominos commercials for months, but now Pizza Hut is sponsoring their own online video game.
Golic plays the role of PacMan and a bunch of Greenies are the ghosts. Seems fun right? Well that's not even the best part. The even conveniently put together a lovely wallpaper for you to install on your computer desktop! Awesome!!!
Mike and Mike sell out, turn into PacMan-like Pizza Hut eaters (Armchair GM)

Yeah, I don't know how they reconcile Nutrasystem endorsements with a Pizza Hut game where he's chomping down on a large pepperoni.
Is Golic going to be encouraging weight gain this year???
The Mikes seem like nice guys, but their show blows. The act of one Mike liking manicures and lacey underthings and the other Mike being a dullard, hairy sasquatch is getting old. ESPN has some real quality talent, why do these guys seem to get the ad gigs. They must have a dynamite agent with naked polaroids of every pizza tycoon in the country. Look out Papa John!
That pizza is DISGUSTING. I tried it last night, and wow. Just wow.
That said, it's appropriate that these two clowns are endorsing it, as bad as it is.
They have a game where the player chased by 4 metrosexual Jets fans. Great idea.
First of all great all around commercial. Who cares if Golic does a wieght loss product anything to make a buck anyone would do it! There shows great and Greeny's an average guy (alittle wierd) who loves sports. You gotta love the guys for there love for sports and there funny as he11! Smart by Dominos and the guys!
they'd wear turbans and eat hummus if the price was right...
welcome to the grown-up world people...
seriously, who gives a shit?
obviously broadcasting outfits rely on ad money to produce shows.
Still, Last year it was Nuitrasystem non-stop and now they are doing voice-overs for Dominos and Pizza Hut Video Games...seems like a 180.
