Brent's cheating on USC!

I like how Lavin just randomly blurts out JIMMY CHITWOOD! because he couldn't remember who the player from Hoosiers was as the game winning shot is going up.

And sorry for the double post, but they also spent three minutes (!) talking about The Bank Job and Michael Clayton during the final minute of this game. I think it was the sequence right before this.

Cal's about to win at Pauley Pavilion on Senior Day. Lets talk about everything but the game at hand!

My favorite exchange was earlier in the first half, yammering about what hotel Brent stayed at:

Lavin: "I never thought I'd see the day where Mr. Bohemian, Brent, would be staying in West Hollywood."
Brent: "Don't you know? I'm bi coastal."

Huh?

Lavin was basically bitching how the previous UCLA AD (Pete Dalis) spent more time golfing and recruiting Rick Pitino to coach UCLA (thank God that never happened). The current AD (Dan Guerrero) is on the NCAA committee (basically making sure UCLA stays out West during March Madness).

As far as these Victoria's Secret references go, Brent must've been watching the UCLA Dance team during commercial breaks.

Between picket fences, horse shots and downward hack references, Lavin never stops showing how much of an idiot he is.

I watching my alma mater (UCLA) barely pulling out this victory and at the same time throwing up after having to hear Lavin's B.S. I'm convinced that he pays ABC Execs a ton of money to announce at least one Bruins game a year so that he can bash UCLA. And I kept checking this site all day Saturday and Sunday looking for these clips. My wife had never heard Musburger and Lavin calling a game before, and she was cracking up at the ridiculous Victoria's Secret crap.

UCLA's won three in a row thanks to the officials dating back to the Arizona game.

The one game I dont record. They were like this the whole game. I would take them anyday over Shulman and Dickie V.
