Hey SSR, wanna host the SNF live blog this week?

Vasgersian is terrible. After a flag he announced "and here is our first flag of the day!" even though it was the second, then he informed us that the ref would soon be announcing offsetting penalties. It was a 15-yarder against Houston. Wrong again, Matt!

"At this end of the field, the ball gets blown off to the right. At the other end, it goes the OTHER WAY!" - Dan Dierdorf on the missed field goals

Umm.....Lindell's missed field goal at that OTHER END was blown wide right.

is anyone watching New England V Buffalo?

these winds are ridiculous. Buffalos field goal attempt was going wide left then the wind caught and brought it allt he way across to wide right. and Gostowski just missed a 26 yarder.

looks a pre-forward pass game, New England before the miss ran 12 straight running plays on the drive. no pass attempts at all.

Dick Stockton just told America that the only way that anyone in the Metrodome can get the Bears score is on a transistor radio. Dick its not 1974, and I 2nd the Fire Dick Stockton comment.

If you have more than 5 guys on your halftime show, the least you can do is get facts correct.

First, Marino called Carolina's Dante Wesley "Dante Wells" after his TD return and then Cowher tells us that Jamarcus Russell threw his second TD pass to put the Raiders up 14-7 on the Bucs when they JUST showed Michael Bush rush for a 4-yd TD in the highlights.

Poor coverage CBS. Poor.

why don't JB and Curt do the highlights? why do the 'players' have to do them? bradshaw is always 10 sec. behind. i can't understand a word sharpe or cowher say. marino botches names. boomer is the only good one.
if players doing highlights is sooo important, why don't howie, JJ, and tooth gap do them?

Dick Stockton is senile. First, on a random play in the 3rd quarter, where AP fought for a first down, he yells, “HE DIDN’T GET OUT OF BOUNDS!!”

Then, on that TD, he says, “How about that response from Jackson after the INT?” Uhhh…Dick…Berrian had no one around him for 20 yards–the defender, a rookie reserve CB, fell down–if Jackson had missed that throw, he should have been hung from the Metrodome roof by his genitals.
