New ESPN Campaign For Sunday NFL Countdown Portrays The Opposite Of What Everyone Feels
Thursday, September 06, 2007
I don't have the clip for this ad yet, but I will try to grab it tonight. Here's the premise....ESPN is calling it The “Lucky For Us, They Chose Football” marketing campaign, and it's going to be hilarious....
[It] launched this week highlighting the chemistry among Chris Berman, Mike Ditka, Tom Jackson, Keyshawn Johnson, Emmitt Smith, and Chris Mortensen. The three TV spots show the team hosting mock studio shows for activities such as pottery, motorcycle maintenance and landscaping- SBDHow awesome is that? It's everything we wished they chose instead of Football! Oh the irony. They need more of these though. Like Emmitt Smith fighting dogs, Tom Jackson working with special needs kids, and most importantly....Chris Berman getting hired for what he was actually supposed to do.

I want to see Berman teach me how to pull those huge boogers out of my nose, like he does his.

ESPN should develop a new series that rivals VH1's series for douchebag's "The Pick-Up Artist" where Berman just goes to redneck bars and leaves with the broad with the least amount of teeth.

They should have one where Chris Berman, as a Jewish person, is selling bacon sandwiches.
Oh wait. That really happened.
