Will The Next Monday Night Football Guests, COME ON DOWN!

Monday, November 12, 2007

Where's Rod Roddy when you need him? Oh that's right....sorry. Well here it is folks. Your guest for Monday Night Football in Week Eleven is......

Yep, Drew Carey is your guest for Monday Night Football tonight during the third quarter of the 9ers-'Hawks game tonight, and guess what he'll be talking about? The Price is Right you ask??? The Price is Wrong B**ch! He'll actually be talking about the expansion MLS Soccer team coming to Seattle that he's a part of!!!

Hooray. You lose an NBA team, but gain a Soccer Team! And you get Drew Carey to go with it! Your city loves you Sonics' Fans....don't doubt it for a second!!! And guess what? There's actually more!

[They will] have Seattle-native Rainn Wilson (Dwight on The Office) lead a "tour" of the city, and film the Seahawks throwing (God, really?) fish. Blech.
They had this competition last year and I think Deion Branch won, but it should be fun. Also, anything utilizing the Office is fine in my book. Dwight can give me a tour of anything. See you for the live-blog tonight!

Do you think they could take a minute to let Drew rant about how pot should be legal? That would be fun. Maybe a nice Libertarian rant to leave Tony K. completely speechless?

They should have the Seahawks throw Schrute Farms beets into Shaun Alexander's gaping vagina.

They've got the wrong Shrute leading the tour of Seattle, don't they?

Is it me or does ESPN do a game from Seattle five* times a year?

*Slight exaggeration

I missed Carey's appearance, but I had already heard about it.

Anyway, there had to be some reason for a host of a CBS show to appear on the sister cable network of ABC. Thanks, AA, for pointing out what it is!

P.S. My birdies tell me that there will be a new pricing game called Penalty Kick. You win the prize for a successful kick, plus a $1,000 bonus if you can "bend it like Beckham."[LOL]
