Your First Look At The New Sports Center Commercial Featuring Stephen King
Thursday, September 25, 2008
We finally get to learn who ESPN Sports Center's ghost writer is now that ESPN is featuring him in a new "This is Sports Center" commercial!
Enh. I guess that was okay, but I was hoping for something a little darker. Oh well. The spot debuts on Monday, September 29th, but you've already seen the entire thing, so I wouldn't go setting your TIVO or anything.

Not bad... my only question... Why are all the featured videos after this ends terrorism/9-11 related... kinda weird.
keyword terror?
lol kind of funny since "clutch hitting" is about as real as "demons" or "telekinetic powers"

8 books?? Did I miss one? Like a secret bonus book? Cuz I'm pretty sure there's only 7 Dark Tower books.
I love SK, too, and laughed at this commercial. The typewriter in lieu of a computer is the key.
gayyyyy
Doesn't King have some vintage typewriter that he still does all of his work on . . . Someone in one of my classes mentioned it not too long ago.
I liked it. The typewriter sells it.
Pretty humorous
I gotta get up to Maine and do some driving
Loved the commercial. But I also love Stephen King. If you've never read them go pick up the Dark Tower books. All 8 of 'em. Or if you don't trust me than just get "The Gunslinger" and than you'll be hooked.
